Last week my wonderful hubby gave me these amazingly beautiful flowers for our 10 monthiversary (as he calls it!). A few days later we flew to Germany, so I decided to carefully pack them w/ moist paper towels, aluminum foil, and a bag and give them to my mom. We got some funny looks on the way to the airport and in the airport, but it was so fun to arrive w/ flowers for my mom! They traveled quite well too, even perked up a bit, and last several days! :) I was so glad I could continue to enjoy their beauty!

Today was the royal wedding and I was excited to be able to watch it! Felix finds it a bit silly, but indulged my fairly tale side. At school, someone sent a link to watch the live broadcast, which I was able to enjoy only on the side, since I was at school! :) But I did get the kiss and was excited to go home and watch all the highlights on TV (luckily we currently have a free 6 month cable tv right now! :) hehe). I loved learning more about royals and how they do things. I loved seeing all the crazy hats...the one on the right has a to be a favorite: image from abc A bit ridiculous, right? :) Makes me laugh....think it's heavy? What is it made out of?
