On Thursday, the last day of orientations was completed! All the new staff has had a busy last 3 weeks, but they were very informative (sometimes overload on information though). It feels great to be done with orientations and to be starting school. School starts on Monday and things at the school have been crazy trying to get things ready to go. There is a rather large construction project taking place at the school and we have been working on that since the construction workers are behind schedule ... we've been tearing off paint, repainting, cleaning, etc.
My classes will not start until Thursday, since elementary has half days until then. I'm so thankful for the extra time to get things done and be prepared for my classes. I'm a bit unsure as of what to do in classes ... so I'm hoping I'll come across some great ideas! Prayers for this are greatly appreciated!
I want to start my blogs from Vienna by thanking all of you supporters in helping me to get where the Lord has brought me now! I could not be here without all your encouragement, prayers, and support. I am soo excited to be here. I love it so far and cannot wait to see what the Lord will do over the next two years. There is still a lot to be done before school starts. Yesterday, we went to IKEA and got furniture for our flats and today my friend, Melissa, and I put my bed together and we need to put hers together before the night is over! It's been fun - just difficult not being settled in yet. I will post pictures as soon as I have everything put up in its place.
I will do my best to upload regulary here! Hope you enjoy reading about my life over in Austria!!
